WorkSafe has opened an investigation into how a man died after an accident in his workplace in Auckland.
The man has been identified as 39-year-old Chandra Shekhar Yerupalli.
He sustained critical injuries and subsequently died.
Emergency services were notified of the accident on Neilson Street in Onehunga at 4.50pm yesterday.
