A six-year-old has died after an incident on a farm in Bay of Plenty yesterday afternoon.
Emergency services were called to the farm in Ōpōtiki about 5pm.
WorkSafe has launched an investigation and police assisted with initial inquiries.
The death has now been referred to the Coroner.
