A man has been charged with careless use of a vehicle causing injury after a woman was hit by a Lime scooter.

The man appeared in the Auckland District Court this morning and entered no plea before being granted interim name suppression.
He will be back in court next month.
In June Debra Christensen was hit by a Lime scooter when she stepped off a bus on Fanshawe Street.
The incident was captured on a video camera fixed to the bus.
