Wairoa's mayor Craig Little has launched a petition in the hope that one of his town's most vulnerable citizens is returned home. 69 Year old Gavin Jones is intellectually disabled and has been forced to move to Rotorua in the aftermath of cyclone Gabrielle.. when the facility he lived in closed until further notice. Gavin has only ever lived in Wairoa. Nathan Rarere asked Craig Little about the petition.
