Surgical waiting lists are getting worse in some parts of the country, despite major moves by the government to try to shrink them.
A Planned Care Taskforce was set up this year to try to cut the tens of thousands of people waiting for planned - or elective - surgery.
But thousands of those waiting the longest are yet to even get a booking.
