Call for Cook Islands/ NZ talks to look at trade imbalance

There's been a call for this week's tourism talks between the Cook Islands and New Zealand to also look at trade.

New Zealand officials are to visit the Cooks later this week for meeting and an inspection on requirements for a safe travel bubble amid the pandemic.

The president of the Cook Islands Tourism Industry Council, Liana Scott, is looking forward to hosting the delegation and says local businesses desperately need the bubble up and running.
