Australia won the Oceania tournament in Auckland yesterday, beating Tonga 50-0 in the final of the regional qualifying tournament.

Kenya booked their place with a win over Zimbabwe in the African qualifying tournament in Johannesburg.

Tonga and Samoa did enough to qualify for a 16-team Olympic qualifying tournament next year, where they'll compete with teams like Zimbabwe, Tunisia and Morocco for the final place at Rio.

Fiji won the Oceania women's tournament to qualify for Rio.

The New Zealand men's and women's teams had already qualified for the Olympics, as had the Australian women and the Fijian men.
