New Caledonia has registered another Covid-19 case in quarantine facilities, bringing its tally to 33.
The latest case is a policeman who arrived from France on Friday.
He has been transferred to the dedicated isolation unit at the hospital.
To date there has been no community transmission.
Meanwhile the government said late on Friday night, early Saturday morning, a convoy of vehicles carrying passengers from the airport to the quarantine hotels was stoned on the main highway.
It said a window was smashed but nobody was injured.
The border is largely closed and flights are strictly limited under a plan which will remain in force until at least July.
