New Zealand middle distance runner Nikki Hamblin will race in the final of the women's 1500m at the Commonwealth Games after advancing from her heat.
The 22-year-old finished third in her heat in Delhi on Thursday which was won by Kenyan Viola Kibiwott.
The Cambridge athlete qualified in the top four with a time of 4 minutes 9.8 seconds, 4 seconds outside her personal best and will line up for the final at Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium on Friday.
