A moderate 5.8 earthquake has struck Indonesia's Aceh province but no tsunami warning has been issued.
Indonesia's meteorology and geophysics agency says the quake struck 44 kilometres south-east of Sinabang at a depth of 37 kilometres.
Seismologists at the United States Geological Survey say it measured 5.9 in magnitude.
Thousands were killed in Aceh by the Boxing Day 2004 earthquake
and tsunami.
