A couple of All Blacks are set to return to Super Rugby action this weekend, while another is likely to be on the sidelines again.
Halfback Piri Weepu will be on the bench at least for the Hurricanes match against the Blues on Friday night as he returns after breaking his leg in last season's NPC.
However Ma'a Nonu, Cory Jane and Conrad Smith are still unavailable.
Meanwhile Kieren Read is expected to return to the Crusaders starting lineup for their match at the Stormers after being rested, however first five Dan Carter is likely to miss the game with his ongoing hamstring problem.
