The Warriors have escaped with a one point win over the Gold Coast Titans in their National Rugby League match at Mount Smart Stadium in Auckland this afternoon.
The Warriors won 25-24, having led 24-6 early in the second half.
They ran in five tries, with Shaun Johnson snapping a field goal to give the Warriors a 25-18 lead late in the game, with Gold Coast scoring right on fulltime, to close within a point.
The win moves the Warriors off the bottom of the NRL ladder and into 14th place ahead of Wests Tigers and the Parramatta Eels.
