A woman who was stabbed in the neck in Auckland is now in a critical condition.
Police said she was attacked at 8pm yesterday at the Manurewa Returned and Services Association.
The woman was taken to Middlemore Hospital in a serious condition.
A spokesperson from the Manakau District Health Board said she had since been transferred to Auckland Hospital.
The police are searching for her attacker.
