A search for an elderly man, missing in Northland's Onerahi, will continue at first light tomorrow.
A water and shoreline took place on Tuesday for the 83-year-old who has not been seen since Saturday.
He was reported missing on Monday.
Police said he typically went for a daily swim in the Whangārei Harbour and wears a wet suit and pink swim cap.
Police, LandSAR Northland, Waipu Cove Surf Life Saving Club, Whangārei Heads Volunteer Surf Life Saving Patrol, and volunteers from Northland Coastguard Air Patrol and Coastguard Whangārei all took part in the search.
LandSAR Far North would join the search on Wednesday.
In a statement, police said: "If you have seen anything, or have any information that could help our search, please update us online now or call 105.
"Please use the reference number 241021/1742."
