Police have since charged 15 people in relation to the drug bust, however no one has been convicted yet.
"We have charged 15 people and cannot divulge any more information," Assistant Commissioner of Police - Crime, Mesake Waqa, said in a statement on Wednesday.
He said commenting on the case "will be prejudicial to the ongoing proceedings".
Waqa referred RNZ Pacific to the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (ODPP) on the status of the case and the accused persons.
"They [ODPP] are handling the matter in court," he said.
"All seized drugs remain accounted for in police custody in a secure location, awaiting the court's decision for disposal."
RNZ Pacific has contacted the ODPP's office for comment.
