Fiji rugby coach John McKee has named his first squad since being appointed earlier this month, to prepare for a busy four-test schedule in June.
The Flying Fijians welcome Italy to Suva on June the 7th before home tests against Tonga and Samoa in the Pacific Nations Cup.
Then on June the 28th they play the Cook Islands in a winner-takes-all Rugby World Cup qualifier.
Toulouse forward Akapusi Qera has been named to captain the team, which also features Super Rugby flyers Nemani Nadolo and Asaeli Tikoirotuma and sevens star Samisoni Viriviri.
John McKee says he wants to the Flying Fijians game-plan to be based around winning the ball and going forward and says it's important to do the basics well before unleashing their dangerous wide players.
