Four police officers in Fiji have appeared in court in relation to an alleged police brutality incident in Tavua.
The men were granted bail by the Magistrates Court in Tavua, where they were bailed until their next appearance in October.
It's alleged that between the 25 and 26 January 2018, the officers assaulted suspects during a drug raid.
The men charged are Jese Maovia, Mavi Kuruvakatini, Samisoni Noqica and Senirusiate Nasobu.
They are charged with three counts of assault causing actual bodily harm and four counts of common assault and four counts of common assault.
