The Blues first five Chris Noakes is moving to England, having signed a two-year deal with the London Irish rugby club.
The Auckland-born Noakes, who's 28, has also played for Otago and Bay of Plenty, joining the Blues in 2013 from the Highlanders.
The London Irish director of coaching Brian Smith says Noakes is also eligible to play for England and believes he'll be well suited to the European game.
