The Fiji Independent Commission Against Corruption has filed an appeal against the acquittal of political party leader Sitiveni Rabuka.

Mr Rabuka was on Friday found not guilty of providing a false declaration of his assets, income and liabilities.
FICAC appealed to the High Court on 15 grounds of fundamental legal and factual errors as grounds of appeal.
