An iced coffee drink made by Frucor Beverages has been recalled following the discovery of glass in one of its bottles.
The company says there are concerns about the potential food safety hazard of its product, V Iced Coffee.
Frucor group managing director Carl Bergstrom says the company believes it is an isolated incident and the food safety risk is considered to be low.
The contamination is limited to the one bottle that is in the company's possession, he says.
Mr Bergstrom says the glass identified in the bottle can be traced back to a specific incident on the manufacturing line, which is normally picked up through internal procedures.
