The Black Ferns have made wholesale changes for the second match of their Rugby World Cup campaign against Wales in Auckland on Sunday.
Five players are set to make their World Cup debut.
Having beaten Australia in the opening game, head coach Wayne Smith has selected a new look front row with Awhina Tangen-Wainohu named in the starting lineup for the first time.
Prop Tanya Kalounivale returns from injury, while hooker Georgia Ponsonby is promoted from the bench.
Alana Bremner also makes a return from injury and will be joined by Kendra Reynolds and Charmaine McMenamin to make up the starting loose forward trio.
Aucklanders Theresa Fitzpatrick and Sylvia Brunt combine in the mid-field while Renee Wickliffe starts on the wing in her fourth World Cup campaign, with Ruby Tui to play at fullback for the first time.
Krystal Murray will make her World Cup debut off the bench.
Black Ferns Director of Rugby Wayne Smith said the squad is still carrying some injuries.
"We are balancing a desire to keep as much continuity as possible but we want to give players the opportunity to put their form out on the park. So we are putting in a lot of work around who plays when," said Smith.
After coming from 17-nil down, the Black Ferns beat Australia 41-17.
"We need to use this whole occasion to make us better. We're in our own country, marching behind our flag, it is the greatest time in our life. We need to use that to our advantage," he said.
The Black Ferns top their pool with five points, followed by Wales who claimed a late victory over Scotland last Sunday.
The Black Ferns have played Wales four times previously, winning each game, although their last encounter was five years ago.
