Former Fiji Airways staff are challenging the loss of their jobs in court.
They are members of the Flight Attendants Association, who were among more than 700 staff laid off by the airline in May due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
The case was heard in the Nadi Magistrates Court this week with former cabin crew represented by lawyer Jon Apted, while Davenesh Sharma appeared for the airline.
Apted said his clients had over 200 different grievances with Fiji Airways but only 12 of them were heard in the court.
Sharma made a motion to consolidate the grievances and applied for stay order until preliminary issues were resolved.
The issues include whether the former staff had followed proper procedures at the time they lodged their complaints with the mediation service.
The case has been adjourned until 23 November.
