Shane van Gisbergen has denied Will Davison to claim his 12th Supercars win of the season at Sydney Motorsport Park on Sunday.
The New Zealander finished second to Anton De Pasquale in Saturday night's race, but again started behind De Pasquale on pole in the first of Sunday's two races.
However, van Gisbergen made up ground on the opening lap to put himself in the fight.
Will Davison led the early laps, but an electrical gremlin in the Shell V-Power Racing Team Mustang scuppered the veteran's bid.
Nick Percat scored his second podium of the season, emerging victorious in a late-race stoush with Brodie Kostecki and De Pasquale.
Van Gisbergen claimed the win by 1.9sec from Davison, with Percat crossing the line 9.4sec behind van Gisbergen and Kostecki 1.3sec from a second podium in as many days.
With Jamie Whincup finishing seventh, van Gisbergen extended his lead in the championship standings to 348 points going into the final race of the weekend.
De Pasquale, who finished fifth, was later excluded from the Race 21 results, and his Shell V-Power Racing Team fined, over a tyre mix-up.
It was later confirmed that a tyre from teammate Davison's allocation had been placed on De Pasquale's car during his pit stop.
