Solomons' AG orders Central Province to 'terminate' China deal

Solomon Islands Attorney-General has ordered Central Province to axe a deal leasing an island to a Chinese state-linked developer.

John Muria says the the provincial government's leasing of Tulagi island is unlawful and wasn't vetted by his office before it was signed. 

Our reporter Mackenzie Smith has been following the deal and told Koroi Hawkins why it's sparked worry.
