President Moon will make an official state visit to New Zealand from Sunday.

The trip comes on the back of his participation in the G20 meeting in Argentina.

His agenda here over the three days of his visit will include discussions on deepening bilateral cooperation, and on creating synergies between his "New Southern Policy", which focuses on South-East Asia, and New Zealand's Pacific Reset policy.

Mr Moon and Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern will also affirm their shared commitment to maintaining peace in the region.
