Business confidence among French Polynesian business leaders confidence went up last year.
This is the finding of a survey led by the IEOM, which is the organisation issuing the French Pacific territories' money.
The study shows business confidence was the highest it has been for five years.
The IEOM says the economic outlook is favourable and foresees an improved fiscal situation.
However, the economic crisis still affects French Polynesia with a high unemployment rate estimated at between 20 and 25 percent.
