The Warriors forward Josh Curran faces a two game ban and a $10 thousand fine after being issued a breach notice by the NRL.
Curran avoided a conviction in court last week after pleading guilty to assaulting a 16-year-old in a Port Macquarie nightclub on the night of last year's NRL grand final.
Curran was withdrawn from the Warriors game against the Rabbitoh last week and will likely miss this weekend's match against the Parramatta Eels to meet the suspension criteria.
Curran has five days to appeal the breach notice.
