Despite having a couple of weeks out of the game, New Zealand captain Dan Vettori is wary about his Australian counterpart Ricky Ponting.
Ponting's one of five players to join the side after the drawn Twenty-20 series.
He scored 141 not out in his last game at the tiny McLean Park in 2005, and averages over 58 in one dayers aginst New Zealand, 15 runs higher than overall career average.
