Two men have been arrested in connection with the death of a man in Whakatāne.
A homicide inquiry began after the man's body was found down a bank on rural Matahi Valley Road, near the Bay of Plenty town, on 1 June.
Police said the pair had been charged with two counts of kidnapping and one count of aggravated robbery.
Aged 32 and 25, the men are due to reappear in Whakatāne District Court on 14 June.
