Spark's internet TV business Lightbox has formed a joint venture with Coliseum Sports Media to offer premium sport content to subscribers.

Lightbox Sport will offer all of the sports Coliseum currently offers, including golf, English Premier League football and French Top 14 rugby.
Lightbox chief executive Kym Niblock said the joint venture would be a formidable force in the market.
