Apprehension in New Caledonia amid Vale's restructure

There is unease and uncertainty in New Caledonia after the Brazilian miner Vale announced its plans to divest itself of its interests in New Caledonia.

The plant at Goro has incurred gigantic losses but Vale is upbeat and suggests its fortune can be turned around.

Local politicians are wary.

Walter Zweifel has been following the story and Ben Robinson Drawbridge asked him what the concerns are.
