One person has been flown to hospital in a serious condition following a commercial building fire in Otago.
Fire and Emergency said two crews were called to the building fire shortly before 3am on Sunday in Heriot, Clutha.
Hato Hone St John said one person was taken to Dunedin Hospital by helicopter.
