Brazil has rebounded from their surprise loss to the New Zealand women's football team, with a 5-1 win over the Football Ferns in Cuiaba.
The Football Ferns enjoyed a 1-0 victory when the two sides played the first of their two games at the weekend but were overwhelmed by Brazil in the second half of the match.
New Zealand led 1-0 at half-time with Sarah Gregorius scoring the Ferns' only goal.
However the hosts eqalised in the first minute of the second half and went 2-1 up shortly later.
Brazil continued to pressure the Football Ferns defensive unit and made it 3-1 on the hour mark before adding two more late goals to run out comfortable winners.
