Five people are injured, three seriously, after a car crashed into a power pole on Burbush Road in Burbush, Hamilton this afternoon.
Police were called to the scene about 3.45pm.
Power lines are down on the road and traffic management is being put in place.
Motorists are asked to avoid the area.
