Samoa A have been thrashed 54-12 by a Western Force development team in their latest pre-season rugby match in Perth last night.

The visitors trailed 35-12 at half-time, with Faafou Amate and Maselino Paulino finding their way to the try-line.

Both teams had players sent to the sin bin with Samoa A down to 13 men midway through the second half.

It's the second pre-season defeat for the visitors, who were outclassed 69-3 by the full Western Force side last Friday.
