New Zealand's champion shot-putter Valerie Adams has received another accolade.
Adams, who has won two Olympic and 4 World outdoor titles, has won the Counties-Manukau Sports Supreme Award for a 13th straight year.

Last weekend Adams was named the IAAF world female athlete of the year.
The New Zealand men's hockey captain Simon Child won the Counties-Manukau sportsman of the year award.
