New Zealand Rugby Union's chief advisor Māori on meaning behind latest Hurricanes Poua haka

Hurricanes management says Saturday's haka was respectful, authentic and appropriate. 

But some bilingual te reo Māori speakers heard Poua haka leader, Leilani Perese, saying the government should "whakangarongaro" or disappear.

RNZ's has asked the Hurricanes for a transcript in te reo Māori and in English, and for an interview.
