Police have released further footage of the man who attempted to kidnap a woman in Christchurch earlier this month.
Police have obtained a video of the man walking on Middleton Road, near the intersection of Suva Street at 5 am on 3 October.
At around 6.20 am, the man approached a woman jogging on Kotare Street, attempting to drag her away. The women was able to flee after a passing motorist intervened.
Police understand the same man approached another woman on Fendalton Road at 6.55am at the intersection of Clyde and Fendalton.
Detective Senior Sergeant Tania Jellyman said they hoped the footage would help identify the man.
The man was believed to be between 25 and 33 years old, wearing a dark sleeveless vest over a dark t-shirt. Police said the vest featured a logo on the right side of the chest and the t-shirt had a large logo on each sleeve.
He was described as being of medium-build, approximately 176cm to 179cm tall (5'8"-5'9"), with short black hair and a short beard.
