Fire crews have worked overnight to put out hotspots at a large storage building in Mount Maunganui.
The fire in the building filled with farming supplies was spotted about 9am on Sunday.
Four crews remained at the scene on Waimarie Street overnight and were likely to stay there for several more hours.
