A three-week strike at French Polynesia's domestic carrier, Air Tahiti, has been settled.
Details of the settlement are not immediately clear but a statement by the airline says it apologises to the public for the inconvenience caused by the stoppage.
The strike was triggered by a fear of job losses because of a decline in domestic air travel.
For three weeks, the schedules had been severely disrupted, with a skeleton service sustaining the main links to remote destinations.
The airline also chartered a ferry to transport travellers closer to Tahiti.
