A former Papua New Guinea prime minister claims the government is about to import more luxury cars for next month's APEC summit.
Sir Mekere Morauta claims the government is about to bring in three super luxurious Bentleys, at a cost of 695-thousand dollars each.
The claim follows an outcry over the government's purchase of 40 Maserati saloons, which the government says it will sell after the event.
Sir Mekere says he has documentation that shows the government also plans to buy luxury as many as 80 luxury SUVs.
