In Minneapolis, Derek Chauvin has chosen not to testify in his trial for the murder of George Floyd.

Both the prosecution and the defence have presented their cases and the closing statements will be heard on Monday before the jury makes their decision.

On the streets of Minneapolis, protestors gathered again to demand further action for the fatal shooting of Daunte Wright.

His killer, former police offer Kim Porter, will appear in front of a judge today and is expected to be charged with 2nd degree manslaughter.

Guardian reporter Amudalat Ajasa Ajasa has been at the protests for the last four nights.

She spoke to Guyon Espiner.
