The scene of a crash involving a truck and vehicle in Auckland's Penrose has been cleared.
Motorists were earlier warned there would be delays.
Emergency services were called to Great South Road, near the intersection of Sylvia Park Road, about 2.15am on Tuesday.
One person has been taken to hospital with critical injuries.
An investigation into the cause of crash is underway, police said.
