A claim has been lodged against Tonga's government for damages worth millions of dollars because of their belated withdrawal from hosting the 2019 Pacific Games
The Pacific Games Council and Tonga's Olympic Committee, TASANOC, lodged the claim.
The government pulled out of its hosting agreement last year, citing financial difficulties.
