A man has pleaded not guilty to the murder of Christchurch woman Angela Maree Blackmoore 24 years ago.
In October, the 45-year-old man and a 47-year-old woman - both with name suppression - were charged in Christchurch District Court in connection with Blackmoore's murder.
Blackmoore was 10 weeks pregnant when she was stabbed 39 times in the kitchen-dining area of her home in the east Christchurch suburb of Wainoni on 17 August, 1995.
The man, who has name suppression, entered the not guilty plea at the High Court at Christchurch this morning. The woman had also earlier pleaded not guilty.
He is due to appear again in February.
