Ski fields welcome spring snow dump

Winter's been having its last gasp for now, in the South Island these last few days with snow reaching sea level in some places, and wind chills that forecasters say felt like negative 20 degrees. Overnight, temperatures dropped to well below zero.. And so we head to Wanaka now where Cardrona ski field general manager Bridget Legnavsky is getting ready to head to the slopes for the day.
