American Samoa's immigration amnesty programme has been extended for two more weeks.
The registration drive is intended to give foreigners in the territory without proper authorisation a chance to become legal.
Registration was due to end last Friday but has since been extended to March the 28th.
Authorities say up to 3000 people have registered to have their status legalised.
They are urging people to make use of the amnesty as there will be no further extension.
