A person has been seriously hurt in a crash in Porirua.
Police are asking motorists to avoid Paremata Road after a crash near the intersection with State Highway 59.
The single vehicle crash was reported at around 1:15pm on Monday.
One person is in a serious condition.
Motorists are asked to avoid the area and expect delays.
