Getting a better night's sleep starts from the moment we wake up. No more sleeping in on the weekends, sleep expert Professor Aric Prather says there is no such thing on catching up on sleep. He says being as consistent as possible about the time we  wake up is one of the keys to better sleeping. He offers his suggestions for better sleep, like setting aside time during the day to worry about things, instead of letting them creep into your thoughts at night. His new book is called   The Sleep Prescription: Seven Days to Unlocking Your Best Rest.
