In 2007, Apple announced the first iPhone, the new Seven Wonders of the Modern World were revealed, and the party of President Vladimir Putin won Russia's election.

It was also the last time Fiji made the quarterfinals of the Rugby World Cup.

An up and down pool stage in the 2023 tournament has seen them become the only tier two nation in the last eight.

They've not long beaten their quarterfinal opponents, England.

Assistant coach Seremaia Bai says there is confidence in the camp - even in the face of great sadness with two players in the team having lost loved ones.

If they win, they will go further than any tier 2 nation has gone in a World Cup.
